B&W MM-1 Desktop Audio 1 June 2010

The B&W MM-1 (£399) are multimedia loudspeakers is B&W's first foray into computer audio and quite a statement borrowing from all the experience from speaker design, and bringing them right beside you as you surf the web, or listen to you music.

One nice design feature - the system does not need a separate subwoofer as the clever 'Dynamic EQ' makes the most of those low notes-without your feet bumping into a oversized box beneath your desk.  In addition to this they have a neat cable winding under one of speaker housings to keep your desk tidy.The loudspeaker units house four petite 18 watt digital amplifiers. Including a integrated volume control on the side of one of the wee speakers.
